Meet Tricia

Headshot of a woman with black hair, green eyes, wearing a pink shirt and a black cardigan, standing in front of a brick wall.

I'm Tricia Fox, a business and wealth coach for ambitious women over 40. I work with women who've spent decades being the one who holds everything together, the family, the career, sometimes a side business, and who have a dream they can't shake. Many of my clients are educators, current, former, or nearing retirement, planning their life after the classroom, because I've walked that road myself. Using my BOLD Framework, I move women from dreamer to CEO, rewiring how they think about wealth, launching the business they've been circling for years, and designing income streams so they're never dependent on a single paycheck again. I'm not sharing my story to impress you. At 29, I was a single mom of four with no degree, working multiple jobs to put myself through college. I earned my degree, spent 12 years in public education as a teacher and school administrator, and only then walked away to build something of my own. Today that looks like a $900,000 pottery studio built in under three years, an eight-door real estate portfolio, and income streams I designed on purpose, all in the second half of my life. I'm not special. I just kept taking the next step, even when I was scared. If I can do this, my clients can too. And I can show them exactly how.

Read on to learn why I'm passionate about helping ambitious women over 40 who are done waiting for permission to build their own thing…

I got pregnant at 16, dropped out of high school, and ran away to San Diego. Less than a year later, I escaped an abusive relationship with a 3-month-old — all before my 17th birthday.

I left education. My first business (Mathnasium Franchise) failed. So I pivoted to education sales, and I started investing in real estate. We now have a real estate portfolio with 8 doors.

Your past doesn't disqualify you. Failure isn't a stop sign — it's feedback. The life you want isn't reserved for other people. It's built. One choice at a time.

I still wrestle with my own fears — every single day. Fear of failure, fear of scarcity, fear of being too much or not enough. The difference is I've learned to stop waiting for it to go away and start moving anyway.

If that's where you are right now, this is for you.
